How It Works
The CEMS continuously extracts a representative sample from the industrial stack through a sampling probe. The sample is transported to the analyzer cabinet through a heated sample line where it undergoes conditioning before reaching the analyzers.
Advanced gas analyzers continuously measure pollutant concentrations while process sensors monitor stack operating conditions such as temperature, pressure, and flow. The acquired data is processed in real time and displayed locally while simultaneously being stored and transmitted to cloud platforms and regulatory servers for reporting and compliance purposes.
